General Terms and Booking Conditions Casa Joop – dolce far niente

1. Applicability

These conditions apply to all reservations and services offered by Casa Joop – dolce far niente, including overnight stays, wellness packages and extra facilities. By making a reservation the guest agrees to these conditions.

2. Reservation

Reservations can be made online, by phone or via e‑mail. The reservation is final once the guest receives a confirmation.

Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to refuse a reservation if there is doubt about the accuracy of the provided information or inappropriate behaviour.


3. Prices and Payment

All prices include local taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made in advance or upon arrival, depending on the agreed terms.

Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to adjust prices for future reservations in case of changes in exchange rates or local taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

* Free cancellation: up to 28 days before arrival.

* 50% refund: cancellation between 28 and 7 days before arrival.

* 100% refund: cancellation within 7 days of arrival or in case of no‑show.

Changes to reservation dates are possible subject to availability and any price differences.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to relocate or cancel reservations with full reimbursement.


5. Arrival and Departure

Check‑in: between 15:30 and 20:00.

Check‑out: before 10:30.

Early check‑in or late check‑out may be arranged by request and may incur additional charges.

6. House Rules

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, indoor areas nor on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

Respect for quiet, safety and other guests is mandatory. Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to refuse guests who breach these rules or to terminate the reservation without refund.

7. Liability

Casa Joop – dolce far niente is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property.

Casa Joop–dolce far niente strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment, but cannot be held liable for indirect damage or accidents.

8. Privacy

Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

Data are used solely for handling reservations and communicating with the guest.


9. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported on site as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved immediately (if possible).

If the complaint cannot be resolved on site, a written report may be submitted by e‑mail.
