General and Booking Terms Casa Joop – dolce far niente

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and services offered by Casa Joop – dolce far niente, including overnight stays, wellness packages, and additional facilities. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

2. Reservation

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email. The reservation is confirmed once the guest receives a confirmation.

Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to refuse a reservation if there are doubts about the accuracy of the provided information or in case of inappropriate behavior.

3. Prices and Payment

Our prices are carefully compiled and are exclusive of tourist tax, unless stated otherwise.

Payment can be made in advance or upon arrival, depending on the agreed arrangement – whichever is most convenient for you.

Price Changes

Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to adjust prices for future reservations in case of changes in exchange rates or local taxes. Of course, we will always communicate this clearly and promptly.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are exclusive of tourist taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made in advance or upon arrival, depending on the agreed terms.

Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to adjust prices for future reservations if exchange rates or local taxes change.

4. Cancellation Policy

We look forward to welcoming you at Casa Joop – dolce far niente, a place to slow down, relax, and enjoy. We understand that plans can sometimes change, therefore we have the following policy:

Free cancellation: up to 28 days before arrival.

50% charge: for cancellations between 28 and 7 days before arrival.

100% charge: for cancellations within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show (non-arrival).

Changes:

Would you like to change your stay to a different date? This is possible depending on availability and any price differences. We are happy to help you with this.

Force Majeure:

In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will work together to find an appropriate solution. If rescheduling is not possible, you will of course receive a full refund.

5. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: between 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM.

Check-out: before 10:30 AM .

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and may incur additional costs.

6. House Rules

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, indoor areas, and on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

Respect for peace, safety, and other guests is mandatory. Casa Joop – dolce far niente reserves the right to refuse or terminate the reservation of guests who violate these rules without refund.

7. Liability

Casa Joop – dolce far niente is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property of guests.

Casa Joop–dolce far niente strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment, but cannot be held liable for indirect damage or accidents.

8. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR).

Data will only be used for handling reservations and communication with the guest.

9. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported on-site as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved immediately (if possible).

If the complaint cannot be resolved on-site, a written report can be submitted via email.
