Houserules

We do everything we can to make your stay at our B&B as pleasant as possible. To guarantee this for all guests, we have a number of house rules;

Breakfast is included in the room price, even if you do not wish to use it. The table is set between 8:00 and 10:00 in the dining room or outside (in good weather). Your reservation preferences have been taken into account.

There is a refrigerator in the dining room, stocked with water, soft drinks, wine and beer. You may use it for a fee. Coffee and tea are free. It is not permitted to store your own items in our refrigerator. For this you may use the refrigerator in your own room.

The dining room is free to use for various purposes;

Preparing your meal (microwave), reading a book or playing a game.

At check‑in you will receive a key for your room and the gate. When you leave, please make sure your room is locked.

We live on the ground floor of the house ourselves. We also value privacy and therefore our areas are not freely accessible to our B&B guests.

Your room will be visited and restocked daily upon your request. If the towels may be replaced, you can leave them on the bathroom floor.

It is not permitted to use the beds and pillows without sheets and pillowcases. If non‑removable stains appear on mattresses, duvets, pillows or towels during use, we are forced to charge for cleaning or replacing the items.

The prices include the use of coffee, tea and Wi‑Fi in the room. Should the Wi‑Fi not function properly during your stay, everything will be done to resolve it as quickly as possible. There is no right to a refund of the room price. All other extras such as food and drink, an additional person in the room will be charged.

You may park your car on the premises during your stay. Parking is at your own risk. We are not liable for theft or any form of damage. It is not possible nor permitted to charge an electric car (with a special plug). Charging of bicycle batteries can be done in the garage (not in your room).

We ask guests to be considerate of each other, the neighbours and residents. Noise disturbance, playing loud music is at all times prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Between 22.30 and 8.00 we ask you to respect the quiet. Our accommodation is therefore especially suitable for those seeking peace.

Collected separately. We collect waste & glass in a designated container.

We do not accept pets.

Smoking is not allowed either inside or on the breakfast terrace. Smoking can be done at a designated spot.

Alcohol abuse is not tolerated. Possessing, using or trafficking drugs is strictly prohibited.

You have access to the Wi‑Fi guest network. Users refrain from visiting sites that are unlawful or not in line with the reputation of our accommodation. If internet misuse is suspected, we reserve the right to block internet access without further notice. No refunds are applied.

Our B&B is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that occurs during your stay. If damage occurs to the accommodation or the furnishings of the common areas or the garden during your stay, you must inform us.

If there is any disturbance in any form, we reserve the right to deny further access to our accommodation.
