Houserules

We do everything we can to make your stay in our B&B as pleasant as possible. To guarantee this for all guests, we have a number of house rules;

Reservation

When making a reservation, you must correctly state the number of people staying with us. You can also state any dietary requirements when making a reservation. We try to take preferences, intolerances and allergies into account as much as possible.

Rooms

We have 2 luxury rooms that are suitable for 2 adults. The Lavender room is equipped with a sofa bed for an extra bed, of course at an additional cost.

Visitors

You may receive a maximum of 2 guests during the day until 20:00. It is appreciated if you inform us of your visit. If you wish to receive more guests, we request that you discuss this with us.

Check-in

You can arrive between 16:00 and 19:00. As soon as your estimated time of arrival is known, we would like to hear it. In consultation, another (later) time can be agreed.

Check out

Check-out is between 10:00 and 11:00.

Keys

When you check in, you will receive a key for your room and the gate. When you leave, make sure your room is locked.

Private spaces

We live on the ground floor of the house. We also value privacy and therefore our rooms are not freely accessible to our B&B guests.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the room price, even if you do not want to use it. The table is set between 8:00 and 10:00 in the dining room or outside (weather permitting). The wishes you made known when booking have been taken into account.

Food and drink

There is a refrigerator in the dining room, filled with water, soft drinks, wine and beer. You can use this for a fee. Coffee and tea are free. It is not allowed to store your own things in our refrigerator. For this you can use the refrigerator in your own room. Barbecuing is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Dining room

The dining room is free to use for various purposes;

Preparing your meal (microwave), reading a book or playing a game.

Bed linen and towels

Your room will be visited and replenished daily at your request. If the towels need to be replaced, you can leave them on the bathroom floor.

Hygiene

It is not permitted to use the beds and pillows without sheets and pillowcases. If irremovable stains occur in mattresses, duvets, pillows or towels during use, we are forced to charge costs for cleaning or replacing materials.

Prices

The prices include the use of coffee, tea and wifi in the room. If the wifi does not work properly during your stay, everything will be done to fix this as soon as possible. There is no right to a refund of the room price. All other extras such as food and drinks, an extra person in the room will be charged.

Parking and charging

You can park your car on the premises during your stay. Parking is at your own risk. We are not liable for theft or any form of damage. It is not possible and permitted to charge an electric car (with a special plug). Charging bicycle batteries is possible in the garage (not in your room)

Sound

We ask guests to consider each other, the neighbors and residents. Noise pollution, playing loud music is not allowed at all times, both inside and outside. Between 22:00 and 08:00 we ask you to respect the peace. Our accommodation is therefore suitable for those seeking peace.

Waste

Is collected separately. We collect waste & glass in a designated container.

Pets

We do not accept pets.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside on the terrace. Smoking is permitted in a designated area.

Alcohol and drugs

Alcohol abuse will not be tolerated. Possession, use or dealing of drugs is strictly prohibited.

Internet

You have access to the WiFi guest network. The user refrains from visiting sites that are illegal or not in keeping with the reputation of our accommodation. In case of suspected internet abuse, we reserve the right to block access to the internet without further notice. No refunds will be made.

Injury

Our B&B is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that occurs during your stay. If damage occurs to the accommodation or the furnishings of the common areas or the garden during your stay, you must inform us of this.

Nuisance

In the event of any nuisance whatsoever, we are entitled to deny further access to our accommodation.
