Cancellation conditions

Free cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival.

Partial refund cancellation: Cancellations between 28 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation value.

Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: 

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or in case of non-appearance: 100% of the total reservation value.

Reservation changes: 

Changes to dates are possible, subject to availability. Any price differences may apply.

Force Majeure:

In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel reservations with full refund.
